Explanation
The chair with the code LX - 300 is our model with design registration certificate and is the first cast chair that can be nested in the first in Turkey.
The chair is produced from aluminum injection molding and aluminum extrusion profile legs.
After the products have gone through production processes such as hole, sanding, leveling, milling after printing, the sandblasting technique is cleaned.
After sandblasting, the products are assembled with stainless screws and semi-finished products quality control is performed for the products.
Products that have passed quality control are treated with surface cleaning with electrophosphate. At the end of this process, the chairs are painted with electrostatic powder paint according to the desired RAL code. Plastic stoppers that do not scratch the ground are attached to their feet.
The chairs, which have undergone paint checks and final checks, are prepared for shipment in the packaging area.
The chair is shipped in one piece.
